Pineapple Fields Forever...Island of Oahu!
We drove through miles and miles of pineapples on the dole plantation and walked through one of the worlds largest mazes. They gave us a card to trace out pictures when you found certain stations and Teya would get super excited and start sprinting through to find the next one.
Eating sno cones at the infamous Motsu Motos...I told Afton to get the one with the beans in the bottom and she laughed at me until she tried it...then she cried it was so good:) Teya also made a sacrificial spill to feed the fire ants which were soon enjoying the treat with us. There is seriously no better sno cone on earth!
Getting the much needed spray-on sunscreen...well, we needed it,
she was a lot tanner than us. Looks like it's a little cold.
We got Kaime Aine pricing on a topless jeep and soaked up the sun whilst diving into waters full of Huma huma nuka nuka apuaha and for the little one ..... goldfish. We lucked out getting the jeep cause we got to the rental place and I asked the lady if we have the special "early morning upgrade to a jeep special" and she said YES! haha! The only problem was we could never get the top on right so we would cruise down the freeway with the jeep's bikini flapping in the wind. Mahalo Budget Rent-a-Car!
Enjoying the magnificent sno cones just seconds before the one on the right plummets into the ant mound featured on the right. I promise we moved before anyone was eaten alive. Don't want to bring back any childhood memories....Afton.
Soaking up the sun at the Ko Olina Beach Resort thanks to our fantastic travel agents....Dad and Momky! We had four private lagoons to choose from and thought this one would do for the day. This is probably the only two minutes we weren't in the water snorkeling or swimming. Hours on end and never a moment we didn't love!
The little (sun-blind) mermaid. Teya likes the beach...
But She LOVES the hot tub! It was so funny cause the first thing she would ask for in the morning was to hang out in the hot tub. We would come back from an outing and once again, "can we get in the hot tub?" I had to ward her off until the day of playing in the ocean and pool were finished. I don't know if it was just the hot tub or the fact that it was an easy place for her to make new friends, but she loved it!
Just keep swimming, just keep swimming....
Glow in the dark 3d Mini Golf! Talk about a chaotic experience. We went for Teya's 4th birthday and i think after a few minutes we all had mixed feelings. It was hard to see and as you can see by the nail biting child, the scary man riding the evil dolphin wasn't as kid friendly as dad thought. The music was, however, quite invigorating:)
The Chinaman who wished her a happy birthday.
Pizza was the birthday dinner of choice, followed by a stroll on the beach with ice cream cones and a present opening ceremony. We gave her a kangaroo in an Aussie outback get up and she immediately named him "hiker."
Teya had not put her face in the water up to this point so we worked on it for a couple days...the results are as follows! Step 1: Convince Teya that goggles won't suffocate you.
Step 2: Dip your face and the non-suffocating goggles into the warm pool...Step 3: Bend your knees and look at your feet...Step 4: Go all the way under and wave at Daddy. Step 5: Ride on Dads back around the pool and beg to dive under again!!!! Success!!!!

So exciting to see you all together having such a great time. I miss Teya so much. Love the videos. Afton wow, that dancer body does you proud! Jess nice to see you back in to the water if only for a short time. Post more!
